  Friendly staff and great products. Sadly let down by a raging maniac of a manager who just threw me (a loyal customer of 17 years) out in front of a crowded shop while waving at a security camera claiming "that doesn't lie", refusing to explain what crime he's accusing me of and threatening to use "reasonable force". I suggest that his reason has deserted him. By the look of the reviews it seems this deluded individual has a knack for alienating people. I recommend that superiors review video footage for today 10/02/18 around noon and reconsider his employment status.

  Fairly large stock of items but spread across such a range of interests that there is always something one has to get elsewhere for a project. Friendly, helpful and mostly knowledgeable staff. Not such a good attitude from more senior/experienced staff who, when asked to help by a colleague, totally ignored me and proceeded to tell the other guy that "what they've got is what they've got and people shouldn't expect the earth".
